Emily joined Bridalize in March of 2010. Her career in events began when she was a child, planning themed dinner and movie nights for her family. Emily eventually moved on to corporate event planning and after years of coordinating seminars and meetings, her flair for creativity and design landed her in the wedding business. In addition to sharing her passion for invitations and paper with brides, Emily writes the blog and manages all of the social media and online marketing for the boutique.

- I love Martha Stewart and keep a signed photo of her in my kitchen.
- I have an affinity for garden gnomes and in my youth, occasionally “borrowed” them from neighboring yards.
- I love seafood and if given the chance, could eat any restaurant out of crab legs and lobster.
- I always cry at proposal stories, even If I don’t know the couple.
- My Secret talent is baton twirling. Like riding a bike, this extremely useful skill always comes back to me.
- I love animals of the gigantic variety; elephants and whales are two of my favorites.
- I cannot stand going to the movie theater. I would always rather watch a movie on my own couch with a bottle or two of wine.
- I have humorously low standards for television shows. If it is tacky, brainless or obnoxious reality, you can bet that I watch it.
- Strangely, while I like my T.V. trashy, I like my movies cerebral, independent and or foreign.
- Stationery, greeting cards and invitations are a passion of mine. I love good design, good paper and sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm with Brides.
